Rode a bicycle nearly 3 miles after being sedentary for nearly a year and a half. It almost got me. Had to walk the last 1/3 mile because I couldn't see in the dimness.

I would have been jello after three miles, damn!

My legs felt like bricks.

I once went to the gym, and did that bicycle/rowing machine hybrid they have at planet fitness... I couldn't walk for a day because my legs felt like noodles. I feel your pain haha.

Oh wow. I think in the past several months the only real exercise I get is when I see my boyfriend lol. I need to start riding my bike again

still wasn't as bad as the time I wasn't watching the clock and jogged for 65 minutes on a treadmill at college, but that's another story

I have a 500$ bicycle sitting at the end of my bed that I haven't used in four months. Thaaaat will most likely be me when I get around to using it. I'm just so meh about going outside. Been thinking of buying an indoor trainer or rollers to use it instead.

My cousins did the 30 mile route in the tour de paris in texas this last week, I believe. they wanted me to go but I politely declined.
